What is Jooji Collection's Return Policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All swimwear must be unworn with sanitary liners attached within 14 days of purchase in order to receive a full refund. If the item is marked final sale then it is not eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, we do not offer store credit at this moment, therefore, the refund will go back to the original form of payment.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To begin a return, first contact us at joojicollection@gmail.com. Then, once approved, we will send you return shipping instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There is no refunds on shipping.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 4774 park granada ste #8612 calabasas, ca 91372 and that return shipping labels must be purchased at the customer cost.

What if I don't have the original packaging the order came in anymore?
Don't worry! You can send it back to us using any package! As long as the sanitary liner is attached and it is unworn, place your shipping label onto the package and send it our way. Packaging and shipping labels are not provided by Jooji Collection.
How do I return a pre-order?
Please contact us via email at joojicollection@gmail.com to get your return started and completed. Pre-orders have 14 days from the delivery date to send back and receive a full refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (shipping not included) within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
