Shipping policy
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Our shipping department is open from Monday to Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Any orders that have been placed after 12 p.m. are processed the following business day. Allow up to 1 – 2 business days to fully process your order. Orders are not processed on the weekends and on holidays. Ground and non-contiguous shipments are not guaranteed. Moreover, delivery dates are determined on average transit time.
I placed an order using my billing address instead of my shipping address, what do I do?
Message us at joojicollection@gmail.com, after receiving your confirmation email. We will be happy to make edits to the location of your order. Please message us within 24 hours and before your order is shipped out.
I put the wrong address.

I never received an order confirmation email.
All completed purchases have a confirmation email sent within a couple of hours. Please check your spam folder if you never received an email confirming your order.
Custom Duties & Taxes
Since custom policies differ from country to country, the customer is responsible for the payment of all custom duties and taxes that is placed by the country involved in your shipment. Unfortunately, Jooji Collection will not be able to reimburse payments made for custom duties and taxes.
